Ali Hakimzadeh
Chairman of the Board / Director
With more than 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry, Ali Hakimzadeh brings a wealth of financial and business knowledge to his role as Chairman. Throughout his career Ali has overseen or partaken in more than $1 billion in financing, merger and acquisition activities. Prior to his work with HealthSpace, Ali served as a Director of Investment Banking at Canaccord Financial Corporation. He has a MBA and MA from Simon Fraser University and a B.Sc. from the University of British Columbia.
Silas Garrison
Chief Executive Officer / Director

Mr. Garrison is a seasoned business leader and tech entrepreneur and has served as the Company’s Chief Technology Officer over the past three years. During that time, Mr. Garrison oversaw the development and deployment of HealthSpace’s premier product line HealthSpace CS Pro. This product line has constituted a significant amount of revenue and momentum growth for the company. Prior to joining HealthSpace in a full-time capacity, Mr. Garrison designed and built the Company’s industry-first iPad and Android environmental health inspection apps. Mr. Garrison has a vast amount experience in various business verticals having consulted and worked with a variety of enterprise organizations, ranging from Fortune 500 banks to sports and media conglomerates. Mr. Garrison brings a wide-ranging set of skills and achievements to the role in leading the organization.

Joseph Willmott
President / Director
Mr. Willmott has served as President of HealthSpace since 2007. Mr. Willmott has 35 years of business experience that included, more recently, serving as president of Uniserve Communications Corp, a publically traded telecom company, and partner in a business consulting firm for 15 years, Westcap Business Centre. Prior to that, he managed a technology transfer program for the manufacturing sector funded by the Canadian Federal Government. He was also served as chair of the organizing committee for the International Centre for Agricultural Science and Technology and was Chair of the Canadian Veterinary Medical Association’s animal health research fund. During Mr. Willmott’s business career he has managed North American manufacturing and wholesale distribution firms. He has also acted as a high level policy advisor to elected government representatives as well as managing a large farm commodity group.
Zula Kropivnitski
Chief Financial Officer
Zula Kropivnitski is a certified general accountant with over 10 years of practice experience, mainly with public companies listed on Canadian stock exchange and TSX Venture Exchange. Ms. Kropivnitski is a CFO of Planet Mining Exploration. (TSX:PXI), Lexagene Holdings Inc. and Meryllion Resources Corporation (TSX: MYR), and former CFO of Electric Metals Inc. (TSX:EMI), and Iron Tank Resources Corp.. (TSX:TNK), companies with a combined market capitalization approaching $80 million. She is also a former controller of African Queen Mines (TSX:AQM) and Sacre-Coeur Minerals (TSX:SCM) with mining interests in Africa and South America. Ms. Kropivnitski was involved in all areas of financial reporting, corporate finance, and related aspects of regulatory compliance. She has over ten years of international experience in the resource sector. Ms. Kropivnitski received her Certified General Accountant professional accounting designation from the Certified General Accountants Association of British Columbia, Canada and later obtained her ACCA designation from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants based in London, UK. She has Master of Mathematics and Master of Economics degrees in Russia.
Mark Redcliffe
Mr. Mark Redcliffe has 21 years-experience in the securities industry and holds both an MBA and the CPA, CMA designation. Mr. Redcliffe has established ties with Canadian and international private equity firms, investment dealers, family offices and high net worth individuals and has successfully overseen more than 500 private placements, Initial Public Offerings and cross-border advisory mandates. Mr. Redcliffe was the founding President & CEO of Jordan Capital Markets Inc. and was most recently the Executive Vice President responsible for P&L at Mackie Research Capital Corp. in British Columbia. Mr. Redcliffe sat on the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada’s Pacific District Council (“IIROC") for nine years and the IIROC’s Hearing Committee for several years. Mr. Redcliffe is currently the Executive Vice President, Corporate Finance of Gen III Oil Corp., a Canadian cleantech firm finalizing front-end engineering and design for its 2,800 barrel per day used motor oil re-refinery in Bowden, Alberta. In addition to his role on the Board of Directors, Mr. Redcliffe will also act as a member of the Company’s Audit Committee and Chairman of the Company’s Corporate Governance Committee.
Alnesh Mohan
Mr. Mohan has been a partner at Quantum Advisory Partners LLP, a professional services firm focused on providing chief financial officer and full-cycle accounting services to private and public companies, since 2005.
Mr. Mohan has over 20 years of accounting, auditing and tax experience providing advisory services to a wide array of clients. Acting on behalf of several public companies, Mr. Mohan has acquired considerable experience in financial reporting, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. He spent over a decade working within the big four public accounting firms, including four years with KPMG LLP in Vancouver as a tax manager providing corporate and personal tax consulting and compliance services to clients both in Canada and the United States.
George Moen
Advisory Board Chairman
Mr. Moen is a serial entrepreneur and business leader who specializes in top-line growth across a variety of industries, including extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. He founded his first business, Sandwich Tree, while in university, and grew the restaurant chain to over a hundred stores across Canada. He subsequently founded and exited a number of successful businesses in technology, media and hospitality. Mr. Moen served as president of Blenz Coffee for five years until 2012, helping the franchise grow to over a hundred locations in Canada, Philippines and Japan. He then served as chief operating officer for Inca One Gold Corp. He sits on the board of directors for Dynamic Oil and Gas Exploration Inc. and CanTest Solutions Inc. He is currently president and chief executive officer of Rothbury Capital, a Canadian real estate investment company with strategic, income-producing investments in multiple U.S. markets.
Nicholas Jeffery

Mr. Jeffery, a former Director of the Data Centre Solutions group at CBRE (the world’s largestcommercial real estate services firm), has a depth of experience spanning a multi-decade career acrossnumerous business verticals. Most recently, Mr. Jeffery served as CEO of Uniserve CommunicationsCorporation where he significantly increased revenue and saw a 271% increase in market capitalizationand was awarded TSX top 50 performing company last year.
Matthew Eierman
Advisory Board
Mr. Eierman, a chef-turned-entrepreneur, has had a long history in the food service industry both insidethe kitchen and out, having served for a time as general manager over numerous locations of a largenational chain. Mr. Eierman used his experience in the industry to start HDScores, a company thataggregates restaurant inspection data and puts it into a consumable format. While serving as CEO ofHDScores, Mr. Eierman designed the concept, led the development of the platform and built-out themanagement team. Prior to successfully exiting the company, Mr. Eierman oversaw HDScores’partnership with Yelp, a crowd-sourced review forum, to bring restaurant inspection data to consumers.
Warwick Smith
Advisory Board
Mr. Smith is a venture capitalist specializing in corporate finance and development for publicly traded companies. Mr. Smith has a background in capital marketing and finance, and he formerly served as the Chief Executive Officer of Health Space DataSystems. Previously Mr. Smith was Chief Executive Officer of Western Pacific Resources Corp. (TSXV: WRP). During his tenure Mr. Smith raised over $36 million for the Company, bringing in a financial partner and management team to run Western Pacific’s primary asset at the time. Previously to this, Mr. Smith provided public and investor relations services for Fortuna Silver Mines Inc. (NYSE: FSM) and he was also a founder of Riverside Resources Inc. (TSXV: RRI). Mr. Smith brings with him extensive media contacts and a strategic capital markets network that have been built over a 15 year career.
Atul Jain
Advisory Board
Mr. Jain is a leader in the environmental health profession. He is the past president of the Association of Supervisors of Public Health Inspectors of Ontario. Atul has spent over 15 years as a health protection professional and is currently Manager of Environmental Health at Peterborough Public Health.
